The fourteenth consecutive AutismOne conference in Chicago has come and gone recently with no mainstream press coverage. The only notable mention was a good ole fashioned hit piece mildly attempted by the Chicago Tribune to discredit the documentary film Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe days before it premiered at AutismOne. The media blackout of the topics presented at AutismOne — and the conference itself — is a damning admission to the heavy bias wielded by mainstream journalism and the distressed state of mainstream medicine in the US.
After sitting through the first few presentations on Wednesday’s opening day, it was clear that the open secret echoing through the conference was the utter failure of health, politics and the medical system in the US towards all those affected by autism. During his presentation on the opening day, Dr. Bose Revenal, a pediatrician of 31 years, confessed that he skeptically attended the 2013 AutismOne conference. With emotion in his voice, Dr. Revenal explained that while seeing the number of families looking for answers to the damage caused by pharmaceutical drugs and environmental toxins, he vowed to never write another pro-pharmaceutical prescription. Instead, Dr. Revenal — in the twilight of his career — dedicated the rest of his life to treating the root cause of illnesses through diet and elimination of environmental toxins.
Walking through the halls of Loews Chicago Hotel, the absence of reporters and journalists to document the information presented was shocking. The five day event saw multiple whistleblowers breaking stories fit for Pulitzer prizes. In addition, mechanisms were presented behind documented successes of health professionals recovering children from autism. Parents shared valuable wisdom from their journeys alongside vaccine-injured children on the way to acceptance, healing and recovery.
Perhaps in the 1980s, this visible lack of attention from media and mainstream medicine could be excused — but not now. The US has experienced an epidemic rise of autism over the last few decades, leaving millions on the autism spectrum with no answers and regular abuse from lawmakers, politicians, press and medical professionals.
A common, sobering theme continually recycling throughout the five days of presentations was the critical mass of environmental toxins that humanity is now exposed to. However, the experts presenting appeared to have hopeful solutions to shield and detoxify from such effects. Of particular note was MIT senior research scientists Stephanie Seneff’s theory that glyphosate — the class 2A carcinogenic herbicide from Monsanto — is assimilating into and altering the human genome by folding into our proteins.
Medical cannabis — a commonly unrecognized therapy for autism — has seen a meteoric rise in interest. A triple positive for the plant-based therapy is the rising acceptance by the medical community, states green-lighting it for treatment of autism spectrum disorders and the growing business opportunities the plant offers. Being referred to as medical cannabis demilitarized zones, states like Delaware and Pennsylvania are hotbeds laying the ground work for a decentralized future of plant-based medicine showing real promise for autism — without the debilitating and deadly effects of pharma drugs.
An advantage that the AutismOne conference had this year was the extra foot traffic of skeptical medical professionals whose interest had been piqued by the mainstream success of the documentary film Vaxxed. Treated to uncomfortable truths that quickly shattered the mainstream media’s false narrative, agnostic doctors, nurses and researchers present at the conference endured a rapid learning curve as the realization and documentation of numerous whistleblower admissions proved irrefutable.
The conference crescendo occurred on Saturday evening as attendees — sitting alongside doctors, scientists, parents of vaccine-injured children, whistleblowers and the film's producers all shared space in the main hall to view the film Vaxxed. Emotions ran the gamut as anger, sadness, heartbreak, redemption, justice and hope swirled through the hearts and minds of onlookers. The now ceremonial Q&A session that follows the film broke from its usual script on its way to the history books. Present and taking center stage for the Q&A were Dr. Andrew Wakefield, Polly Tommey, Del Bigtree, Dr. Rachael Ross, Dr. Brian Hooker and moderated by Dr. Judy Mikovitz. When asked who in the audience had been effected by vaccine injury, 99 percent of the crowd stood up in silence — a revolution was realized.
