When pharmaceutical company profits and forced vaccination of the public are the topic of the day, one doesn’t have to look very hard to find the Gates Foundation circling like vultures. Recently in Vermont, the public was treated to a hurried and skirted political process that agreed upon an 18-11 vote to push through the elimination of vaccine exemptions. Similar to the scene in the recent California votes, the public was prohibited from giving any testimony on record. Securing the void left by concerned Vermont parents, doctors, and nurses the Gates Foundation was able to secure a seat at the table. Appearing in person to passionately state his case, wait…scratch that, calling in via a poor quality phone line from Geneva, Switzerland Dr. John Modlin, Deputy Director of Polio Development at the Gates Foundation, stated a flimsy case with tired talking points and a grand finale appeal to the expertise of the Institute of Medicine. Dr. Modlin is set to testify today directly after Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at the Vermont House Committee on Health Care as bill H. 98, with vaccine exemption amendment, makes it way through more legal and ethical barricades.
Modlin spoke about the wonders of vaccines and his hopes to see Polio ended in his lifetime. What he conveniently omitted was the fact that the Gates Foundations is currently under investigation from a petition stating:
“BMGF, PATH and WHO were criminally negligent trialing the vaccines on a vulnerable, uneducated and under-informed population school administrators, students and their parents who were not provided informed consent or advised of potential adverse effects or required to be monitored post-vaccination.”
The violation Modlin failed to include into his statements to the Vermont Health and Welfare Committee recently was the focus of an Economic Times of India article. The piece states:
“The committee (on health and family welfare) found that consent for conducting these studies, in many cases, was taken from the hostel wardens, which was a flagrant violation of norms. In many other cases, thumbprint impressions of their poor and illiterate parents were duly affixed onto the consent form. The children also had no idea about the nature of the disease or the vaccine. The authorities concerned could not furnish requisite consent forms for the vaccinated children in a huge number of cases”
During his testimony, Moldin leaned heavily on the integrity and studies of the Institute of Medicine. However the IOM’s own report found convincing scientific evidence for a causal relationship between certain vaccines and serious adverse health outcomes. As Natural News reported in the past:
“…actual sources of funding behind the IoM destroy any credibility it once claimed to have on the subject of public health.”

“For starters, the IoM receives funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation which is, of course, a total front for vaccines and Big Pharma. “The physician's obligation is to present the medical facts accurately to the patient or to the individual responsible for the patient’s care and to make recommendations for management in accordance with good medical practice… Informed consent is a basic policy in both ethics and law that physicians must honor”
