In a new interview Friday on Infowars.com, Dr. Andrew Wakefield is doing much to silence his critics and the mainstream media who continue to point out the absurd logic of forced vaccination. Incorrectly labeled “The Father of Anti-Vaccination” by his detractors, Dr. Wakefield along with an army of pro-vaccine choice proponents are taking the fight to congress, previously untouchable vaccine manufactures, social media, and individual medical professionals. Friday, while interviewed by Alex Jones, Dr. Wakefield stated that “What we are looking at is a system that is in meltdown right now and they’re in a meltdown for a number of reasons. You can only sustain a lie, a falsehood for so long.” Addressing the present day issue that is cutting across medical, political, and individual sovereignty lines concerning forced vaccination of the public for the public’s “greater good”, Dr. Wakefield fired back at the media by saying “If you have a vaccination policy in this country (The United States) which mandates, which takes your children away, which puts you at gunpoint, which puts parents in prison for not vaccinating, that is not built upon public trust and confidence; that is a disaster. Public health policy and vaccination policy requires the confidence of the public and they have lost it.” Dr. Wakefield hits at the unfortunate casualty of this ongoing public debate which is the erosion of public trust in the CDC, mainstream media, and the American medical community at large. What appears to be a case of misplaced trust, profits over human health, and medical fraud has even trickled down to local McDonald’s restaurants. This week it was reported that free vaccines are being given out with Happy Meals creating a public relations disaster and a potential legal nightmare for McDonalds if informed consent and vaccine inserts are not given to patients before each injection.
Contrary to popular belief, Dr. Wakefield is not “anti-vaccination” as most media is falsely claiming. He redefined his claim and original statements once again Friday by saying “The notion of treating or protecting children from serious infectious disease with safe and effective vaccines is a laudable one. But the current schedule, certainly MMR, meets none of those criteria. Regarding the combination MMR vaccine, Dr. Wakefield has historically only made the recommendation to give them separately and delay them. A good example of this practice can be seen in Japan as a precaution after the country halted the combination MMR vaccine because of a sharp rise in meningitis and autism.
