In August of 2014, Dr. William Thompson, a senior scientist as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) publicly released admissions of fraud that he and his coauthors committed during their study of the MMR vaccine’s link to autism. Since this uncomfortable fact was made known, the public has witnessed a major onslaught by mainstream media to blackout, discredit and simply ignore perhaps the most damaging evidence to come to light since the CDC purposely infected black men with syphilis in Tuskegee.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of individuals and families, the Dr. Thompson's information has been kept in the public consciousness and in politician’s faces daily. Shortly after Dr. William Thompson released his public statement admitting research fraud, Florida Congressman Bill Posey’s office was given numerous documents pertaining to the case. As Posey and colleagues sifted through and prepared the evidence, the American People have become increasingly united and mobilized against forced vaccination, the CDC’s continuous criminality and a vaccine-autism link.
On July 29th, 2015 Congressman Bill Posey delivered the statement heard around the world. Stating on record in the U.S. House of Representatives, Posey delivered damning evidence to support his plea to open a thorough investigation and immedialty begin hearings. Posey read bombshell excerpts from Dr. Thompson’s papers and statements that appear to corroborate the continued public distrust towards the CDC.
Speaking about the effects of MMR vaccination damage seen in black children, Posey read from Dr. Thompson’s comments:
“...the adjusted race-effect statistical significance was huge”
As a clear picture was painted throughout Posey’s five minute statement, the finale left many speechless. Again reading from Dr. Thompson’s personal statements Posey told the U.S. House:
“All the authors and I met and decided sometime between August-September 02 not to report any race-effects for the paper. Sometime soon after the meeting we decided to exclude reporting any race-effects. The co-authors scheduled a meeting to destroy documents related to the study. The remaining four coauthors all met and brought a big garbage can into the meeting room and reviewed and went through all the hard copy documents that we had and thought we should discard and put them in a huge garbage can. However, because I assumed that it was illegal and would violate both FOIA and DOJ requests, I kept hard copies of all documents in my office and I retain all associated computer files. I believe we intentionally withheld controversial findings from a final draft of a pediatrics paper.”
Posey’s testimony comes at an inconvenient time for the CDC as the public backlash towards their open-secret fraud and criminality is at an all-time high. California residents are moving towards a referendum of Senate Bill 277 which, using questionable CDC testimony and data, is attempting to remove medical choice, destroy medical ethics, and force vaccinate children. Robert F Kennedy Jr has been on a mission to continually alert the public of the CDC’s fraud in every town hall meeting, public event and during mainstream media appearances. Jim Carrey’s public statements and article referencing Dr. William Thompson and the CDC’s criminality have gone viral exposing a large swath of the American public to these injustices. And finally, the black community has mobilized with emergency town hall meetings and the 20th anniversay of the historic Million Man March on Washington in which answers will be demanded of politicians and the CDC in the name of the children.

I arrive today on matter of research and scientific integrity. To begin with, I am absolutely, resolutely pro-vaccine. Advancements in medical immunization have saved countless lives and greatly benefited public health. That being said, it’s troubling to me that in a recent senate hearing on childhood vaccination, it was never mentioned that our government has paid out over $3 billion dollars through a vaccine injury compensation program for children that have been injured by vaccinations. Regardless of the subject matter, parents making decisions about their children’s health deserve to have the best information available to them. They should be able to count on federal agencies to tell them the truth. For these reasons I bring the following matters to the house floor. In a statement released in August 2014, Dr. Thompson stated: “I regret that my co-authors and I omitted statistically significant information in our 2004 article published in the Journal of Pediatrics.” Mr. Speaker I respectfully request the following excerpts from the statement written by Dr. Thompson to be entered into the record. Now quoting Dr. Thompson, “My primary job duties while working in the immunization branch from 2000-2006 were to later collate three major vaccine safety studies. The MADDSP, MMR autism cases control study was being carried out in response to the Wakefield Lancet study that suggested an association between the MMR vaccine and an autism-like outcome. There were several major concerns among scientists and consumer advocates outside the CDC in the Fall of 2000 regarding the execution of the Verstraeten study. One of the important goals that was determined up front in the spring of 01 before any of these studies started was to have all three protocols vetted outside the CDC prior to the start of the analyses so that consumer advocates could not claim that we were presenting analyses that suited our own needs, goals and biases. We hypothesized that if we found statistically significant effects at either 18 or 36 months thresholds, we would conclude that vaccinating children early with MMR vaccine could lead to autism-like characteristic or features. We all met and finalized the study protocol and analysis plan. The goal was to not deviate from the analysis plan to avoid the debacle that occurred with the Verstraeten thimerosal study published in Pediatrics in 03'. At the September 5th meeting we discussed, in detail, how to co-race for the sample and the birth certificate sample. At the bottom of table 7 it also shows that for the non-birth certificate sample, the adjusted race effect statistical significance was huge. All the authors and I met and decided sometime between August-September 02 not to report any race effects for the paper.
